I went to AAMCO because my car needed an alternator; something was killing my battery. After running tests to identify the issue, Jon confirmed that the alternator was the problem. After I was quoted a lower price for the alternator and labor than I normally pay at my maintenance shop, I agreed to have them install the alternator. When I picked up my vehicle, there were no surprise charges. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

I came here because my Nissan dealer said I needed a $1,600.00 repair of a leak from my differential, and this facility was a warranty provider for Carvana. Although I did not think the repair was needed, I never said this to AAmco. I let them do the evaluation. They told me what I had thought to be true; the repair was not needed; there was no fluid leak. They have earned my business going forward. I love homest shops.

I recently took my car to AAMCO Charlotte and worked directly with the owner, Jon. He was very honest and straightforward about the issues with my vehicle and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would recommend AAMCO to anyone in East Charlotte looking for an honest and trustworthy shop.

Jon was very honest and nice when it came to customer service, transparency, and speed in getting my car looked at. He kept me informed on what they were seeing with my car and the price I ended up paying was very fair. I will be bringing my car back in the future if anything should happen to it!

This was my first time using AAMCO TRANSMISSION service. I needed a new, used or rebuild transmission for my 2013 Dodge Caravan. My son is in a wheelchair and this van is my only source of transportation for us to get around. My son loves to be sociable. They were able to rebuild the existing transmission and I had my van back in 2 or 3 days with a 1 year warranty. When I spoke with John on every call he was polite, professional and caring. Thanks to the whole team for getting us back to church on Sundays.
